This reporting system will allow you to report most types of non-emergency crimes. The reported crime must have occurred in the City Limits of Franklin.
Chief of Police Devin HollandMeet the Chief
Chief Devin Holland was appointed to Franklin Police Chief on December 1, 2022.
Chief Holland is a veteran officer with over twenty-five years of experience in law enforcement all of which has been with the Town of Franklin. He has served as Patrol Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Patrol Captain. He holds a BS degree in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University and his Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Southwestern Community College.
